This role is a career-defining chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team, managing an Eight-figure per annum online media budget in one of the most vibrant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PPC, and affiliate marketing channels to meet targets for traffic, conversion, leads, revenue, and spending.
• Manage an impressive eight-figure per annum media budget, crafting PPC, paid social and affiliate strategies.
• Drive team performance on accounts and optimize site operations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer care to maximize lead generation and sales revenue.
• Oversee Agency partners and manage online brand reputation.
• Formulate and manage comprehensive paid social media strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for effective paid media plans.
• Ensure precise reporting and competitive bench-marking.

Desired Skills (as much of the following):

• Digital Marketing qualifications; Google certification desirable.
• Proficiency in Google and Meta platforms, value-based bidding, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google SA360, tROAS, and tCPA.
• Proven experience in large PPC campaign management and SEO strategy development.
• Strong background in digital marketing, particularly in a sales-focused environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experienced in team and agency management.
